Privacy — Kineneta Studio
This page describes how Kineneta Studio handles data for software that is already available or prepared for store distribution.
Products run locally on your device by default. There is no shared user account and no central “Kineneta account” for services — if a product differs, that is stated in its section below.
Each product section applies to that app. Distribution platforms (itch.io, Google Play, and similar) may have their own terms for download, installation, and payments.
Pop & Go
Pop & Go runs locally on Windows. It does not require a user account, does not connect to a Kineneta server, and has no online leaderboard or cloud sync.
What does the app store on your device?
Settings and game statistics — only on your device, in your Windows user folder.
How long is it kept?
These files stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app — there is no server-side storage and no automatic expiry.
What we do not collect
No telemetry, no advertising ID, and no third-party analytics as part of the game.
Your rights
You can delete the local save files from your device at any time. If you have questions about what the app stores, or need help removing it, email support@kineneta.com.
itch.io
If you download from itch.io, itch’s own terms and privacy practices may also apply to your itch account and the download — that is separate from Pop & Go’s in-game data handling. The game itself still uses local data only, as described above.
Ping Status
Ping Status is a Rainmeter skin for Windows. It runs locally on your PC. It does not require a Kineneta user account, does not sync configuration to a Kineneta server, and does not show ads.
What does the skin store on your device?
Device / host targets and skin settings — only in your Rainmeter skin folder and related local Rainmeter files on the current PC.
How long is it kept?
This data stays on your device until you change it in the skin, remove the skin, or uninstall Rainmeter. There is no Kineneta server copy and no automatic expiry on our side.
Network checks
The skin uses ICMP ping to check whether configured hosts respond. Those checks go from your PC to the targets you set. Kineneta Studio does not operate a cloud monitoring service for Ping Status.
What we do not collect
No telemetry, no advertising ID, and no third-party analytics as part of the skin.
Your rights
You can edit or delete targets in Settings, or remove the skin from Rainmeter at any time. For privacy questions about Ping Status, email support@kineneta.com.

If you download the .rmskin from this website, only the local skin data described above applies to how Ping Status stores information on your PC.
Spotlight Keep
Spotlight Keep is a Rainmeter skin for Windows. It runs locally on your PC. It does not require a Kineneta user account, does not upload pictures or settings to a Kineneta server, and does not show ads.
What does the skin store on your device?
Skin settings (save folder, preview options, and similar) in your Rainmeter skin folder, and the pictures you save — as JPG files in the folder you choose, plus copies of favorites in a Favorites subfolder. All of it stays on the current PC.
Where do the pictures come from?
The skin copies Windows Spotlight pictures that Windows has already downloaded to local cache folders on your PC. It does not download pictures itself and does not send them anywhere.
How long is it kept?
Settings and pictures stay on your device until you delete them (for example with the trash mark in Preview or in File Explorer), remove the skin, or uninstall Rainmeter. There is no Kineneta server copy and no automatic expiry on our side.
What we do not collect
No telemetry, no advertising ID, and no third-party analytics as part of the skin. Links in Settings and Help (for example to this website or Ko-fi) open in your browser only when you click them; the site you open then applies its own privacy practices.
Your rights
You can change the save folder, delete saved pictures and favorites, or remove the skin from Rainmeter at any time. For privacy questions about Spotlight Keep, email support@kineneta.com.
Download
If you download the .rmskin from this website, only the local skin data described above applies to how Spotlight Keep stores information on your PC. Pictures saved from Windows Spotlight remain the property of their respective owners.
The List
The List is an Android list manager. It runs locally on your phone. It does not require a Kineneta user account, does not sync lists to a Kineneta server, and does not show ads.
What does the app store on your device?
Your lists, items, and app settings (for example theme, language, and currency) — only on the current device.
How long is it kept?
This data stays on your device until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. There is no Kineneta server copy and no automatic expiry on our side.
Sharing
If you choose to share a list, the app prepares content on your device and opens the system share sheet. What happens next depends on the app or channel you pick (message, email, file, and so on). We do not operate a cloud share service for The List.
Optional tips (Google Play Billing)
The app is free. You may optionally leave a tip to support development. Tips are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled by Google under Google’s terms and privacy practices — Kineneta Studio does not receive your full payment card details through the app.
What we do not collect
No Kineneta account, no advertising ID used for ads in the app, and no third-party analytics SDK as part of The List’s own features. Crash or diagnostic data may be handled by Google Play / Android according to your device and Play settings — that is separate from The List’s local list data.
Your rights
You can delete lists in the app or remove local data by clearing storage / uninstalling. For privacy questions about The List, email support@kineneta.com.
Google Play
If you install from Google Play, Google’s Play terms and privacy practices also apply to installation, updates, your Play account, and any tip purchases. The List’s own list data remains local on your device, as described above.
